Tuscaloosa, AL - Marcum Architects was commissioned to renovate an existing downtown storefront space for use as condominiums. The deverlopment includes six loft units ranging in size from 570 s.f. to 850 s.f.. The lofts feature exposed antique brick walls, open floor plans and private balconies for two units.
